Retrain Yourself Away from Emotional Eating

Hunger is your body's way of telling you that you need fuel, so when a craving doesn't come from hunger, eating will never satisfy it.

Your stomach is only the size of your fist, so it takes just a handful of food to fill it comfortably, but when we eat for reasons other than hunger, we tend to overfill and end up feeling stuffed, bloated, lethargic and putting on weight.

Working on developing new ways to handle your emotions, rather than turning to food and snacks, is the single best thing you can do for your weight health.
